About This Home

If you have ever desired to own a tiny home, out of town where you can enjoy quite like nowhere else, PLUS included are the two additional lots adjacent, this is it! The property will total approximately .402 of an acre. Buyer will be responsible for new survey. This home is in a community surrounded on three sides, as a Horseshoe does, by the Brazos River. This is an opportunity to have access to tooling down the river in your canoe or fishing all day. The river is a short distance from the house and is accessible through a gate at the end of Iroquois Trail. Also, Horseshoe Bend has a club house, golf course, a small grocery store with a grill, a church and an airport. All the household furnishings are included as are the two additional lots to the north of the house. You've got a covered paved area to park your car or sit on the bench swing and wile away the hours. The home is pale yellow with white trim! How precious is that?! The long front porch is covered and has an old church bench for your sitting pleasure. This property must be seen to be appreciated. The original owner built this home himself, using top notch construction techniques such as 2x6 studs. Make an appointment today! At this price, it's too good to miss out!
