About This Home

Lake Life awaits you and motivated Seller will consider a Concession towards Buyers closing costs or rate buy down. Situated deep within piney woods, this quaint cabin is on 2.5 lots featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, updated kitchen with granite, sun porch and fireplace. A large deck is perfect for morning coffee or just enjoying the open water view. The home could use some further cosmetic updating but importantly, the HVAC was new in 2026 and the roof was replaced in 2019! What cannot be conveyed in photos; however, is the feeling you will get just driving into the neighborhood. Brookhaven In the Pines reminds you of summer camp, camping trips, and just a time when the world seemed less complicated. You will relax here, exhale and forget your troubles. The community is surrounded by over 700 acres of forest for hikes, birdwatching or ATV riding and is accessible from the rear of this property! Brooks lake is no wake, spring fed and constant level private lake of approx. 70 acres. If you enjoy fishing the lake is stocked with Bass and Crappie. Only 1.5 hours from Dallas, 45 minutes to Tyler, 10 minutes to Holly Lake Ranch and 30 minutes to Mineola. Brookhaven In the Pines is an oasis that needs to be experienced.
