About This Home

Looking for a Cedar Creek Lake getaway you can finish your way? This two-story home on Baff Bay Dr in the Sundrift subdivision sits on an oversized lot made up of three lots, with seasonal lake views and just a short distance from the water. NO HOA. Inside, warm tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, reclaimed-wood accent walls, and an open living, dining, and kitchen layout set a rustic lake-house tone. The kitchen has open shelving and a large wood island. The home is ready for its finishing touches: floors are at the subfloor stage, one bathroom is still in progress, and the home needs a back deck, so you can pick the flooring, finishes, and outdoor space yourself. One bathroom has a tub-shower with wood-plank surround. The metal-roofed exterior sits on a tree-shaded lot. If you want to be close to Cedar Creek Lake and like the idea of adding your own finishes, this one is worth a look.
